To open New York Fashion Week and relaunch its iconic print catalog, J.Crew hosted 150 guests for dinner at the New York Public Library. I led the design across two of the library's landmark rooms. Cocktails in Astor Hall became a gallery of the catalog's history, with glass vitrines of archival fabrics and garments and a step and repeat built into the exhibition, all installed in the two hours between public closing and doors. Dinner in the Celeste Bartos Forum revived La Côte Basque, the legendary Midtown restaurant, for one night only.
